Burlington House is a new office to residential conversion in Chesterfield. Taking an existing site, this project will create 66 new 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments. Situated in the heart of the town, close to all amenities, this is the perfect BTR location. The building will feature high quality and mid-range apartments. Acres Architects were appointed to further improve an existing planning approved design for 40 apartments, this was achieved by creating additional accommodation as a new build structure on top of the existing building.
