Acres Architects were approached to design and act as Lead Consultant for a Privately Funded Development in Leicester, UK. To create a unique and corner point development consisting of a mix use with Residential Focus. Acres Architects have worked Closely with Client to advise on the purchase and bidding for the site as well as assisted in the Development Appraisal to assist in confirming viability.  The design utilises external fixed, vertical  lighting bands to create a unique and attractive ‘Live facade’. The tower is orientated to highlight the corner position of the site whilst the surrounding capping defines the luxury apartments scheme and differentiates it from the hotelier attached anchor build further around the street scene.
