Brief: To extend an existing detached family dwelling, creating an open plan kitchen dining area looking out onto the garden and landscaping. The clients were passionate about contemporary design and challenged the Acres team to produce a design that was much more than just a typical lean to rear extension with bi-fold doors.

The project utilises a grey coloured aluminium capping to frame the rear elevation. The contemporary choice of materials differentiated the extension from the existing building. We were also able to hide the guttering inside the capping to avoid the unsightly UPVC or aluminium guttering. Such attention to detail and the bespoke nature of the design can make even a smaller construction project really stand out and add value to your property.
