Status – Technical Design

We were approached by a private client on the recommendation of a long-standing developer client. This particular private developer spotted an opportunity to add value to an existing property with a large garden by gaining planning permission for two new properties in the curtilage of the existing dwelling. The location leant to an affordable homes design, utilising simple structures whilst adding small inexpensive contemporary features to increase curb side appeal.
